Release digest

Print the latest release and the failing pull requests of repositories on any forge.

release-digest prints the latest release of each repository you pass, and its open pull requests with failing checks. The repositories can be on any number of forges. View the source.

The digest reads the checks of each open pull request once, with threads.checks(). The result has the names of the failing checks and the failed and total counts. When a forge doesn't support an operation, such as listing releases on Bitbucket, the digest prints a warning to stderr and continues.

Each argument is <forge>:<owner>/<name>. A GitLab owner can contain slashes, as in gitlab:acme/platform/widgets.

Run the tests

pnpm --filter @forges-examples/release-digest test

The tests run the GitHub, GitLab, Forgejo and Bitbucket providers against fixtures, without a network connection.
